Sinhala Literary Association of Badi-ud-din Mahmud Girls’ College, commenced in 2012 as “Sahithyabimani”.

In the year 2013, Sahithyabimani II, was named as “Induwara Pinipa”. This is an annual event where students are given the opportunity to participate in various categories to highlight their Sinhala Language fluency.The Sinhala Day, is a colourful event consisting Songs,Poems,Drama ,Speech and dance, bringing out the Sinhala culture and traditions. All the performances adhere to the school rules and regulations.We The students also take part in Zonal and Provincial Department Competitions.These competitions enhance the ability and creativity of the students.
